radar detectors are useless unless the guy is sitting there with it on–the newer types (5or6) years old have an instant on feature//in other words when the detector goes off its to late they got you///you ought to get a radar detector and a “cold air intake” and bolt them together for all the good they do//junk//confuse everybody-do the limit

I just recently bought a Honda CBR 600RR I'm hopeing someone can give me some advice in a Radar Detector for my bike??? I have a Escort Passport 8500 X50. I think it works great.
Should I buy one that is for motorcycles ( if so which one is good?) or just a mounting bracket for the one I have.

Cobra ESD 787 radar detector?
i just bought this 10 band radar dectector… i dont want to spend 100 bucks… will it do the job? im not a crazy speeder. but 10 over on the highways is a normal thing. what do u think?

Cobra Radar Detector Hardwiring?
Im trying to hardwire my cobra xrs series radar detector but cant seem to find a power plug that will work. I believe it is a 1.3mm plug, but the universal hardwire kit plug is too long and wont stay in place. any suggestions on where to get this?
